I will try to refrain from asking questions unless I do not understand, but you can expect the presenter to respond to you in class by reading the Home page.

ReplyDeleteNot at all. Around 2004, Korean government decided to ban collecting fingerprints from immigrants and visitors. This brought more crimes commited by foreigners, and even became much harder to track & arrest the suspect. That's the reason why Korea is considering to readapt this rule nowadays.
